The double-roll crusher is a mechanical equipment that uses two sets of individually driven rollers to crush the materials by the squeezing force and the grinding shear force generated by the relative rotation.
When the material enters the crushing cavity of the machine, the material is forced to pass between the two rollers by the biting force of the rotating roller. At the same time, it is squeezed and sheared by the roller, and the material begins to shatter. Small particles follow the tangent line of the rotation of the rollers and pass through the gap between the two rollers and are thrown below the machine. The large particles that exceed the gap will continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.
The double-roller crusher can be used for finely crushing ores, rocks and refractory materials with high and medium hardness below in the industrial sectors such as mineral processing, chemical industry, cement, refractory materials, abrasives, and building materials. The double-roll crusher is especially effective in refractory materials and mining industries than general crushing machinery. GLS’s crucible tumbler is a new type of forward and reverse rotating mixing equipment. The crucible tumbler is mainly used for batch mixing of fire assay mineral samples and fluxes. The device can mix up to 50 fire assay crucibles at a time. This significantly improves the efficiency of laboratory sample preparation and reduces manual operations.
