The PTFE Shaft Stirrer, Anchor features a PTFE rotor fused to a PTFE-encapsulated stainless steel shaft and is suitable for use with medium to high viscous media. Exposed shaft models have a 50 mm exposed stainless steel core for a more rigid connection to the chuck drive. The stirrer uses virgin-grade PTFE conforming to FDA and USP Class VI requirements and provides virtually total chemical resistance. It operates from -200°C to 260°C (-328°F to 500°F), is easy to clean, robust and break resistant, and is autoclavable.
