The PTFE Stir Bar, Cylindrical is a general-purpose magnetic stir bar with a smooth, round profile suitable for a wide variety of laboratory stirring applications. It is manufactured from virgin-grade PTFE conforming to FDA and USP Class VI requirements and incorporates an Alnico V magnetic core. The material provides virtually total chemical resistance and supports a temperature range of −200°C to 260°C (−328°F to 500°F).
