The PTFE Stir Bar, Plain Economy offers effective general-purpose mixing across a wide range of laboratory conditions. It is manufactured from virgin-grade PTFE conforming to FDA and USP Class VI requirements and incorporates an Alnico V magnetic core. The PTFE construction provides virtually total chemical resistance and supports a temperature range of -200°C to 260°C (-328°F to 500°F).
