The GLS Aluminium Oxide High Form Crucible is made from 99.7% pure aluminium oxide. It offers high resistance to alkalis and other fluxes and is refractory and inert in hydrogen and carbonaceous atmospheres. Suitable for glass melting including borosilicate glass it supports high-temperature laboratory applications up to 1750°C.
