The Kartell PTFE Laboratory Tubing is manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is designed for laboratory applications requiring high chemical and thermal resistance. The tubing provides excellent resistance to acids, bases and solvents and is suitable for demanding fluid-handling environments. Its autoclavable construction supports repeated sterilisation and reuse, while the range is supplied in 5 metre rolls with multiple internal and external diameter combinations to suit different laboratory connection requirements. The PTFE tubing is specified for temperatures up to +260°C and has a Shore D hardness of 55–65.
