The Kartell Hand Operated Vacuum Pump with Vacuum Gauge is a lightweight and portable manual pump manufactured from high impact polystyrene (PS). It is designed for laboratory vacuum, filtration, siphoning and liquid transfer applications. The pump can achieve a vacuum of up to 625 mm Hg (25") and provides a pumping rate of 15 ml per stroke. A built-in vacuum release valve allows atmospheric pressure to be restored without disconnecting the tubing. The pump can also be used to generate positive pressure for liquid transfer, and its nozzle is suitable for standard tubing with a 6 mm (1/4") internal diameter.
