The CleanAIR Smelter Kit with CA-40G Hard Hat, AerGO PAPR and ABE1 P3 Filters is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 for Respiratory protective devices and complies to AS/NZS 1801:1997 and AS/NZS 1337.1:2010. The AerGO Belt Unit is a universal powered air purifying respirator designed for personal respiratory protection in dusty industrial environments including areas with contaminants in the form of gases and vapours. It is supplied with a control system providing constant air flow and an advanced electronic system for warning the wearer of a sudden decrease of airflow or low battery charge. The ergonomic design, low weight and slim profile guarantee high user comfort even where movement scope is limited. Compatible with a wide range of CleanAIR headpieces for various industrial applications, it is our most ergonomical and versatile respirator, not only for the welding industry. Compatible with both particle and combined filters, its slim profile allows you to squeeze into spaces with limited access. The innovated AerGO has a built-in barometric sensor, thanks to which the required air flow is automatically set with regard to altitude. The Flow Control system maintains air flow constant regardless of filter clogging or low battery charge. Audio, visual and vibrating alarm indicate when battery charge or filter replacement is required. Required airflow can be set in four levels 160/175/190 or 210 l per min and is available throughout the shift with any filter thanks to the optional Heavy Duty battery. The CleanAir Helmet CA-40G with Clear flip up visor is a combination of a grinding visor and a safety helmet with integrated air distribution. It ensures protection of the head, eyes, face, respiratory and hearing. The helmet offers well-balanced, comfortable and robust protection certified in accordance with EN 397 while the polycarbonate shield provides protection against high speed, high energy particles and is certified in accordance with EN 166 Class A.
