The TPS High Temperature pH Sensor is rated up to 100°C and features a plastic body with AgCl reference, intermediate junction, and BNC connector for measuring pH in liquids and solids at elevated temperatures. The intermediate junction is suitable for difficult samples such as slurries that could block other reference junctions. The sleeve at the end of the sensor can be removed for cleaning. Two sleeves are provided - one with protective forks and a narrow sleeve suitable for insertion into meats and cheeses.
