The TPS Stab Type Temperature Sensor is designed for measuring temperature in meat with the WP-80M Meat pH Instrument. It features a rugged handle design for pushing into whole muscle and other firm materials, and is also suitable for food and other solids such as cheese. Temperature range is -45°C to 120°C with a waterproof plug and 1m cable.
