The CleanAIR CA-40G Hard Hat with Cylindrical Visor and Basic PAPR Kit is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 for Respiratory protective devices and complies to AS/NZS 1801:1997 and AS/NZS 1337.1:2010. The CleanAIR BASIC PAPR Unit is lightweight and compact with an exchangeable Li-Ion battery and adjustable airflow in five levels from 170 to 240 lpm. The Flow Control system maintains constant airflow regardless of the level of filter clogging or battery charge. Audio visual alarm and indication of filter clogging and battery charge support safe operation. A newly designed LED control panel and simple one-button operation make it easy to use, and the new click-lock system allows easy attaching of the filter cover. The CleanAir Helmet CA-40G with Clear flip up visor is a combination of a grinding visor and a safety helmet with integrated air distribution. It ensures protection of the head, eyes, face, respiratory and hearing, with the helmet certified in accordance with EN 397 while the polycarbonate shield provides protection against high speed, high energy particles and is certified in accordance with EN 166 Class A.
