The CleanAIR CA-40G Hard Hat with Toric Visor and Basic PAPR Kit is a complete powered air purifying respirator system combining the CleanAIR BASIC PAPR Unit with the CA-40G Safety Helmet. It provides integrated respiratory, head, eye, face and hearing protection in a lightweight, compact and well-balanced design. The durable safety helmet features a wide, curved polycarbonate flip-up visor and a flame-resistant face seal. The PAPR offers five adjustable airflow levels from 170 to 240 L/min, with a Flow Control system that maintains consistent airflow as the filter clogs or battery charge decreases. Audio and visual alarms indicate low battery and filter clogging. Simple one-button operation with an LED control panel, exchangeable Li-Ion battery, and click-lock filter cover for easy attachment and removal.
