The CleanAIR Smelter Backpack Kit is a backpack-mounted Ready to Work kit for smelter and heavy industrial environments. It is lightweight and ergonomic, supplied with a flame resistant face-seal, and the backpack harness is supplied with ABEP filters. The slim profile of the unit is only 65 mm, versatile in use for filtration of particulates as well as gases and vapours, and features simple one-button operation with a new clear display. It has a built-in barometric sensor with automatic adjustment of air flow depending on altitude and adjustable airflow at four levels 160/175/190 and 210 lpm. The Flow Control system maintains constant airflow regardless of the level of filter clogging or battery charge. Operation time is up to 20 hours with Heavy Duty battery or up to 10 hours with standard battery when using P3 Filters, with short battery recharging time under 3 hours for the standard battery. Audio, visual and vibrating alarm indicates low airflow or low battery charge, and the unique filter design ensures the perfect seal by every filter change. The CA-40G helmet offers face, head, ears and respiratory tract protection, is well-balanced and comfortable, with high mechanical durability and a wide curved polycarbonate visor. The kit includes Short Hose R710060S and Flameproof Hose Cover Short R710062FS.
